Self Service Help Requests
Critical problems (those that keep you from using your computing resources) should be reported to the Help Desk directly and specify that you want the case assigned to Deskside Technology Support.

If you want the case most quickly directed to West campus support people please submit a CRM case online.
| The Create Case link will automatically create a case in your name. No personal information in the "Summary". When you enter the "Summary" please be aware that the summary information can be seen by many people. It is best to enter information that you wish to be more private to the "Description" field. |
